Embellished Events - Versatile Event Venue

Embellished Events offers a stunning event space perfect for hosting a variety of celebrations, including baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, and small wedding receptions. With the capacity to accommodate up to 80 guests, this versatile venue provides tables, chairs, and spandex linens, as well as the option to purchase one of our all inclusive decor packages or even bring your own.

$150 cleaning fee will be added but, 50% refunded with 72 hours of venue inspection.

Cleaning fee

Cleaning fee of $150 for all events. Clients are to do a light sweep, remove thier trash and mop in the venue and cleaning supplies are provided. However, we do go and do a deep cleaning afterwards. $75 is returned to guest who light sweep, mop and remove all of their trash.

Time slots

Currently Time Slots are as follows:

Option 1: $900 All Day venue rental 7am to 12pm (you can purchase extra time for day before or next day if needed for additional fee)

Option 2:

7am to 3pm: $650 this is ideal for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties for kids. You can purchase additional hours if needed.

Option 3: 4pm to 11pm- $750 ( Great for all event types). Additional hours available for a fee.

Cleaning fee not included

Weekday rates:

MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY THE VENUE CAN BE RENTED FOR $75 PER HOUR (UP TO 6 TABLES AND 48 CHAIRS)... MUST RENT VENUE FOR A MIN OF 5 HOURS.. STILL INCLUDES TAX AND CLEANING FEE.

FRIDAY CAN BE RENTED HOURLY AT $105 PER HOUR. MIN AMOUNT OF RENTAL TIME IS 4 HOURS. TAX AND CLEANING FEE WILL BE ADDED.

Rentals

You are more than welcome to only rent the venue space and purchase some of our rentals if needed. You can view are rentals by client the drop down button on home page. Click on venue rentals and it will take you to my active canva link to see the rentals and their prices. Rental prices are ONLY for the venue. Must purchase venue to rent these items for the price.

Decor Package 1 - simple lux

$1850 (with venue included)

This package includes everything in package 1 plus:

- deluxe backdrop (has 1 giant picture backdrop... this is custom) with 2 entry pictures... them based.
- ballon arches (2) with balloon columns
- 2 style centerpieces (highs and lows)
- wine glasses or water goblets
- entrance table
- Napkin rings
- chargers
- Welcome sign custom
- this style is more detailed and filled in for you
$2,550 (with venue included)

Based off of 56 guest count.

Decor Package 3- The Imaginarium

$4,200 (with venue cost)

Everything from packages 1 and 2 plus:

This is a complete vamp of the venue.
- bathrooms to match theme
- back hall to match theme
- lux lounge vip seating area
- Outside decor with 2 picture wraps on windows
- floor wrap
- Sofa for guest of honor
- cold sparklers for entry
- Cloud or smoke entry
... this package is just top lux and takes a couple days to produce... so it's started day before

$3900 (with venue included)

Based off of 56 guest count.

$12 added per extra person

Babyshower/Gender Reaveals

Please find the canva link to the price guide for babyshowers and gender reveals by click the the line link on top of page and selecting the link for it. If you are doing a small slot time then it is mandatory to purchase a decor packages. If you don't want a decor package and want to provide the items yourself then you will be charged the full day venue fee (this is rather your full day or not). Feel free to use our rentals list to help.

Why is this a thing (as a decorator I fully understand the time and effort it takes to setup, breakdownand clean a venue or items from the event). I also understand that sometimes it's cheaper to rent the venue space and provide your own items.

I am still free to help with balloon and backdrop decor if needed but those items are then priced by clients wants.
